By choosing to communicate with the School through WhatsApp or by opting in to receive WhatsApp messages, you agree to these Terms.

2. Purpose of Communication

The School may use WhatsApp to provide information and updates related to school activities, including:

• Admission enquiries and admission-related updates.
• Attendance notifications and student-related updates.
• Fee reminders, payment confirmations, and outstanding balance notifications.

3. Consent to Receive Messages

You are responsible for providing an accurate and active mobile number and updating the School if your contact details change.

The frequency of messages will depend on school activities and the recipient's relationship with the School. Messages may be sent periodically or when necessary, including for urgent school announcements.

5. Opt-Out and Communication Preferences

Recipients may request to stop receiving non-essential WhatsApp messages at any time by replying STOP or contacting the School through its official communication channels.

The School will process such requests in accordance with applicable requirements. Where permitted, essential administrative, safety-related, or legally required communications may continue through appropriate channels.

6. Accuracy of Information

Official school records and notices will prevail if a WhatsApp message conflicts with an authorised school record or formal communication.

7. Acceptable Use

Recipients agree not to misuse the School's WhatsApp communication channels, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information, or distribute unlawful, abusive, or inappropriate content.

8. Third-Party Services

WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms and its affiliated entities. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's own terms, policies, and privacy practices.

The School does not control WhatsApp's availability or the operation of its platform.

9. Privacy

The School handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Personal information will be used for legitimate school-related purposes and handled in accordance with applicable law.
